- Describe your family. (siblings, pets, parents, etc.)
- Describe your strengths and weaknesses in school.
- Hobbies and interests (in-school and outside of school)
- Future goals (long-term and short-term)
- Any other important or unique information the world needs to know about you. (skills, talent, weird extremities, etc.)
- Record the scores for each category from the inventory taken earlier.
